Transcript of text messages with left-winger who went to Washington D.C. to “protest” Trump’s inauguration…

ME (Boston): (Stirring the pot) – Happy Inauguration Day!text

HE: Worst day in US history. Here in D.C. with appropriate banner. See you tomorrow at Women’s March in Boston! Trying hard not to throw up

ME: Nope. Not marching against Trump. Wish him well and cutting him some slack until he screws up. Don’t share those sentiments. Dems sore losers

HE:  Already has screwed up. BTW on Monday he is proposing 10 trillion in budget cuts over next decade, twice Ryan budget cuts. I’m not a sore loser, don’t get mad, get even! I don’t wish him well…

ME: Childish tantrum! Boo hoo!

HE: Adult patriotism. Why do you identify with this jerk?

ME: Because I like some of what he stands for, and I hope he can turn some things around and because I don’t believe government is the answer … and because I don’t allow others to think for me – right or wrong!!! I’m surrounded by jerks! What’s one more?

trump-protests-inaug

…I was playing with his head a bit – pulling his strings. But I DO support the demonstrations (I don’t call them protests)…happening today (1/21/2017) in Boston, in the nation’s Capitol, in other U.S. cities and worldwide. I strongly support people marching peacefully (and in justified cases like the Civil Rights marches, more forcefully) to push for their rights…with respect and civility and a point/message.

What I DON’T support are those anarchists who took to the streets of Washington D.C on Inauguration Day, attacking police, burning cars and trashing people’s property. I don’t support tactics that instead of advancing a cause, push it backward.

But YES, I’m pleased to see the HUGE turnout for the Women’s March the day after Trump’s inauguration. But it’s not enough to just put on a pink hat, walk around a couple blocks with a placard then go home and on election day tell yourself:

  • Well, I’m just too tired to go and vote
  • There will be a large turnout so if I don’t vote, it does not matter
  • My vote doesn’t count
  • I don’t like the candidate
  • I’ll have time, I’ll go later…I’ll go tomorrow, I’ll go next week!

Women’s March – Washington DC

Then, when a million other people don’t vote, because every single ONE of these people was thinking the VERY same things above, like you who did not vote for Clinton…all depending on someone else to carry the burden for you OR leaving that voting booth feeling sanctimonious for taking a political high road…we then turn out and “protest”! Yet when you had the opportunity to PREVENT all this, YOU DIDN’T.

This table I did above (hope my math is sound) shows what would have happened IF people had voted for Clinton instead of Gary Johnson and Jill Stein. Did these voters really believe that Gary Johnson (aka Mr. Aleppo, in my mind) and Jill Stein (remember “Jill not Hill”?) were better candidates than Hillary Clinton? Did they really believe that Jill Stein would win! Are you OUT of your minds? Now you’re protesting. So not impressed!!!

womens-march-australia

Women’s March – Australia/New Zealand

In my table alone, about A-MILLION people voted for Stein and Johnson. So let this BE a learning election. EVERY VOTE COUNTS and a “protest” vote is a vote FOR the opposition. The ONLY republican “protest” was in Utah where 207-thousand people voted for another republican, Mormon Evan McMullin, instead of Trump.

So hopefully, those people now in the streets who DID NOT vote, or voted Stein or Johnson or blank — WILL vote STRATEGICALLY in future elections and leave their petulant hurt feelings at home in November 2018 and beyond. Because when you SULK and DON’T VOTE for the Party candidate you did not want…you end up with a President and ruling party you also don’t want! (Although, Trump could do so well that everyone will vote for him! Who knows.)

And remember — NOT voting also means that your party loses:

  • Governors
  • Senators
  • Representatives
  • Other officials

Local results affect our lives in areas closer to home. Trump wasn’t the candidate the GOP establishment wanted. He wasn’t the candidate rank and file republicans wanted. But they rallied around him…while we were asking: “How can they embrace Trump with all the revelations about his treatment of women (alleged), his refusal to release his taxes, the things he said”, etc.

How? Because OF THE SUPREME COURT! They were smarter! FUTURISTIC!

While Democrats were nursing their fragile, HURT feelings, Republicans held their nose and voted FOR Trump, because they were looking ahead and Democrats and other Liberals were IN THE MOMENT, undergoing therapy. GROW UP! No wonder Republicans think we are sissies! We probably are, too!

Laters! vote

Hail to the Chief!

This black immigrant female is watching the Trump Inauguration (01/20/2017). I started watching yesterday. I love the pageantry, the orchestration, the gravitas, the peaceful transition of power.

New First lady Melania Trump is looking wow as she makes her way to the church service. When I saw her step out of Blair House, with her pale blue? outfit and the gloves I thought Jackie Kennedy. (CNN now saying she’s wearing Ralph Lauren). I’ve heard several commentators also use the Jackie comparison.

trump-inauguration

Wives hugging – husbands not!

So some Democrats are boycotting the Inauguration. I don’t support that.

Democrats need to put their fake outrage aside and REPRESENT the nation. The “protesting” donkeys need to remember they’re not only representing their districts, they’re representing the entire nation, because without them there is NO Congress. Their actions don’t just reflect on THEIR districts; their senate confirmations don’t have consequences for just THEIR districts; their actions have consequences for the ENTIRE nation.

I hope they will feel the same when the next Democrat takes over and a group of Republicans boycott too. Guess what, they’re politicians, and so they will be screaming blue murder (whatever that means), hypocritically come up with fake reasons why THEY are now justified because it is SUCH a different situation, and be totally OUTRAGED at the way these Republicans are eroding the nation’s democracy by daring, yes DARING, to challenge the legitimacy of “their” President…like Republicans did to President Obama!

boycott-dems

Really? Grow up!

Obviously there are NO Trump supporters in the districts these Democrats represent. They want and call for a unified nation, while alienating Trump supporters and other republicans in their districts! To me, these Democrats are grand-standing and posturing for the next vote count.

I don’t care how much they preach “principle”. Principle my — thumb?

  • They’re upset Hillary Clinton lost.
  • They think Russia helped Trump Win.
  • They’re upset a Republican won an election they should have easily won.
  • They’re upset at themselves, but can’t express that.
  • They’re peeved things did not go their way.

And to all this I say: Grow up!  Morons. She lost, Trump won, HE’s the PRESIDENT. Boo Hoo!

Clinton Lost: because of HER. She ran a campaign that was lacking. SHE was lacking as a candidate. Bernie Sanders told you! YOU didn’t listen. NOW you want to protest! Blacks did not warm towards Clinton. Women did not warm towards her – imagine that! Women listened the FIRST female to secure either major party’s nomination for President, a former First Lady and former Secretary of State, a  professional, world-class high profile well-educated leader … then they listened to Donald Trump and heard about his alleged mistreatment of women, his thoughts about women, his infidelities, his many marriages, and STILL VOTED FOR TRUMP. They choose Trump.

Clintons

Former President Bill Clinton and then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

Democrats think that these foolish American women could not process any of this information about Trump — so when the Russian leader phoned personally asking these befuddled, undecided women to:  “Vote for Trump” — THAT just cinched the deal!

Ironically Mrs. Clinton attended the Inauguration and the luncheon! Kudos to her. She did not have to attend. Yes she was the MOST justified to SKIP, given some of the things Trump said about HER and her family. But good for her, stiff upper lip and all…she came, and I applaud her for it, and thank her too! Good reflection on her, her husband and Democrats – as opposed to those fools now taunting police, setting garbage cans on fire and thrashing buildings! Very gracious, appropriate and conciliatory move by Trump to recognize Hillary Clinton at the luncheon too!

trump-protests

Oh no! THAT will stop President Trump from coming to work Monday!!!

Russia helped Trump Win: May have helped solidify her negatives, but the MEDIA helped do that the MOST. Are they also boycotting the media? NO! Trump’s supporters were just MORE loyal or loyal-er! Like Trump said: he could shoot someone in the middle of the street and his supporters would still support him. He was right. He gauged his supporters correctly. Clinton did NOT have that kind of LOYALTY from her rank and file supporters. Yes, she had a CORE of loyal supporters, but not at Trump’s level!

The whites in middle America who lost their jobs, voters watching their kids/loved ones overdose on heroin and Meth, voters watching their state over-run with immigrants (from THEIR point of view), voters seeing their slice of the pie being eroded…and who voted for Trump. Russia did not so that.

Russia did not make Clinton, who should have know better, use a PRIVATE server (or maybe they did!). Maybe the grand Russian plan started years ago when Mrs. Clinton became Secretary of State and they planted an advisor who URGED her to use a private server.

russians

And maybe the Russians urged Wall Street to invite Mrs. Clinton to speak and ensured the banks paid her astronomical fees so that it would come back to haunt her later?

Those Russians are wily! Many adjectives available to describe politicians who fall for those wily Russian ploys!

How do you describe politicians who avoid the press, because the Russians told them to do so? … OR changed their positions on things because the Russians made them misspeak? or fake apologize because the Russians told them NOT to apologize sincerely?

Democrats are upset and peeved Republicans won: They should be upset at THEMSELVES for rigging things so Clinton could win the nomination even when many predicted that she was a flawed candidate AND “The Establishment” did not listen.

The Dems automatically assumed that disgruntled Bernie Sanders supporters would embrace their candidate…The Berns did not. Dems automatically assumed that blacks would turn out in droves in an anti-Trump backlash – blacks did not.

bernie-supporters

Russians?

Disgruntled democrats should remember that Clinton’s NEGATIVES among women and white males were LOW long before Russia appeared on the scene.

So I say: Let Trump have his day. And maybe Democrats will live to see another day that goes their way!

By the way: Where is Chris Christie?

Finally THINK on this: Know how republicans are always claiming that ineligible people vote in U.S elections! Well, they’re right! Because an intelligent (not intelligence) source told me that: Mrs. Clinton would have lost more states…if so many Russians who dislike Vladimir Putin (the Russian leader) had not voted FOR Hillary. I will leak that to Buzzfeed!

Photos: Google images and internet stories.

Ivanka Trump

was not listed as one of the people who will run the Trump Organization…during President Elect Trump’s administration. In his first press conference after his win, Trump said his two sons will run his organization, but no mention of his daughter…

…which  leaves her open for a job in HIS ADMINISTRATION?

Am I the ONLY person picking up on this? Why…?

WHY Dems lost?

Let ME count some ways?

Republicans and I finally AGREE on something!

I CANNOT stand Nancy Pelosi…either, and I’m going to check which representatives from MA voted to keep her as House Minority Leader — and to ask them about it. (Seth Moulton did NOT. Good for him!)

Pelosi does not get it, the other democrats who support her DON’T get it…(well, they get fund-raising to get RE-elected!) and the Clinton circle STILL DOESN’T GET IT!

Why the HELL are they still blaming Trump for losing the election? Isn’t that what he’s supposed to do – make the challenger lose?

They don’t get why Trump won. They’re only looking at false news and negative attacks, Russia, the FBI, etc, everything and anything but them and their poor campaign, their plastic candidate, their negativity, their lack of connection, their manipulation behind the scenes, their lack of counter-punch, their arrogant assumptions…and keep missing the economics, disappointments and frustrations of people’s lives, missing the forest for the trees…while they earn millions and we earn zero…but keep asking you to DONATE, DONATE, CHIP IN.

Chip in – you dumb, insensitive (whatever!) With what…you out-of-touch (whatever)! Why can’t YOU chip in some of your millions? I need my 3-dollars to pay my rent. I don’t own an 11-room, 2-million-dollar mansion in Chappaqua. Donate WHAT?

I did NOTHING to support democrats in this election cycle – and that’s NOT because of Trump. It’s because I’m FED UP with democrats, (starting with President Obama), and their inability to connect with the cares of everyday people like me. I’m frustrated with Democrats because of their laissez-faire attitude to Immigration Reform, blaming Republicans for their failure to act, then pandering at election time with DACA. Trump appealed to HIS BASE. You did NOT! Multiply MY feelings by millions of other disgruntled, frustrated “liberals” who feel like me, for various reasons, and you get why Democrats lost. But don’t tell them, let them blame Trump. It’s easier.

I didn’t support Bernie. But if you ask him why Democrats lost, he will NOT lay the blame on Trump. He doesn’t…

At this point I’m actually thinking of going Republican, if they’d have me…eew!

Who knows, maybe Trump, crazy as it seems, MAY work out better for blacks like me!

Should I care if Trump has white supremacists in his cabinet – if he brings jobs and peace/security to my inner city? Or should I keep supporting no supremacists in the cabinet – and instead live with fear and economic depression?

Did I say I CANNOT STAND NANCY PELOSI? I am NOT a Trump hater. 20 million Americans voted for him. He is different. He is crazy. Hell, I’m giving him a chance. 2 years (midterms?) before I get on his case. I want to SEE what he will do, before I crucify him.

Did I say I cannot stand Nancy Pelosi and most of the current hierarchy in the Democratic Party?

Can someone tell me WHY Donna Brazile felt that Hillary Clinton, a seasoned politician, was NOT capable of answering a question from a CNN reporter? WHY she felt a need to slip Clinton the question on the sly beforehand? I find that morally reprehensible. If a candidate CANNOT answer a SIMPLE question off-the-cuff, then you have NO freaking right wanting to be – or BEING, president!

  • It’s not like the answer determined whether you went before a firing squad. Yes, in a situation where a wrong answer meant death or dismemberment, by all means, go ahead and “save” your candidate…but really? She needed prep to answer a question on the DEATH PENALTY? Why?
  • Did Hillary clinton NOT know that she was going to run for president? Are you telling me that all the while she was Secretary of State, she did NOT know she was running for president and only made THAT decision suddenly, in a great “aha” moment in March 2015? How do you explain her NOT knowing that she should have 2 separate and clearly demarcated servers – one to email daughter Chelsea to ask her to check on Bill – and one to email the State Department and the White House…and to KEEP THEM separate? Why the hell did she NOT know that?
  • I wrote to the president in 2008 begging him to tackle Immigration Reform FIRST. But no, he had to go tackle Health Care Reform, (because his mama had insurance issues) and so, he listened to Rahm Emmanuel (his then Chief of Staff) who thought that immigrants should remain a political football that would never deflate. Obama/democrats disregarded counter arguments. Well congratulations on “Obamacare” that unwieldy monstrosity that democrats sold out to the health care lobby. That was a great help. Helped you lose the mid-term, which meant NO immigration reform which pissed off Hispanics and immigrants and led to apathy. Great help! Helped in 2016 too!
  • How about Montana Democrat, Max Baucus? HE chaired the Senate Finance Committee and was one of the LEADING architects of Obamacare. According to news reports, Baucus RESISTED including a public option (which would let people choose a government Medicare-like plan, instead of private insurers, and help keep costs down). THAT is understandable, since according to news reports HE, the great and mighty Baucus,  got nearly 2-million dollars from the insurers, hospitals and related groups – WHILE HE WAS SPEARHEADING OBAMACARE! Smelling a swamp?
  • Do democrats LISTEN to ordinary people who are NOT Harvard’s grads or billionaires or celebrities? I’m no Katy Perry, how can I compete? If I live in the heartland and coal is going out of style and my town is dying, shouldn’t I be glad that I have clean air to breathe – even though I can’t pay my mortgage or feed my family. Ah, all that oxygen filling my stomach! Isn’t the O in O2 really tasty? Hey, the bank will accept the C too, if you tell your loan officer C stands for the Roman Numeral for hundreds!
  • Living in the inner city? For the FIRST week in November, three police/fire/EMS responses to my 14-family section, in one week! Fighting, drug use, trespassing. What a life. I look out my peephole and people are injecting drugs, buying drugs, selling drugs. Yep, I’m raring to donate! Yet I’m being asked to CHIP-IN 3-dollars to make the Boston fund-raising quota. F-you! What have you done for me lately?

Republicans are right – Democrats dice and slice voters. Blacks? Hispanics? Asians? Women? Blue-collar? Dog-lovers! Muslims! Gays! Immigrants! BULLSHIT. People.

Still don’t understand, MS. Pelosi? Fund-raising and MONEY DID not win 2016. Gender did NOT win. Experience did not WIN. Get THE freaking MESSAGE. What the hell are you doing for me, immigrant? What the hell are you doing for me – job loser in company deserting to Mexico or India? What the hell are doing for ME, working poor with two jobs earning minimum wage who still CANNOT afford to rent an apartment in Boston where the median rent is about 3-thousand dollars in many neighborhoods?

After all, earning minimum wage in Massachusetts, working 40 hours a week at $10 an hour is $400 BEFORE TAX. That is 16-hundred dollars a week. Holding TWO minimum wage jobs, working 80 hours a week (if you can), is $32-hundred dollars a month. STILL CANNOT MAKE THE RENT…not counting food, travel, clothing, utilities, etc. But hell, we’ll CHIP IN so you can win and cut deals benefitting your rich friends and cronies!

Guess what: Get lost!

Yes, I said it. F-you, Democrats. How much do you earn in Congress. before factoring in the perks and the bribes and the lobbying trips? The dinners/gifts/favors? The insider deals made IN THE SWAMP, on stocks, etc…

PS:  And Clinton staffers yelling at Kellyanne Conway (Trump’s campaign manager) and trying to vilify HER for your loss…just, in MY eyes…UNDERSCORES how much YOU still don’t GET it – and yes, your bitterness shows. Ha! HA HA!

2016 Presidential Medal of Freedom

Have you checked the nominees for this year’s (2016) Presidential Medal of Freedom? It certainly helped ME understand in part why Democrats lost the election to Donald Trump. “Out of Touch!”

About a-third of the recipients are linked to Hollywood/the entertainment arena.

Are they contributors who need to be rewarded? I say NO! Just me, since most people seem to have no objections. But I do!

These entertainers have FAME and money. Now we’re giving them a medal too? For what? It we think they need a trophy…how about an Oscar or a Cy Young or whatever award their industry gives out…and award the Presidential Medals to people who actually CONTRIBUTE to society AS A WHOLE, in a MEANINGFUL way that changes lives for the better?

Yes we go to a movie, watch a show, dance at a concert etc, to “unwind”.  Fun is good. But compare that to the doctors who beg for medicines and contributions to bring healthcare to rural poor — or the struggling single mom who steps up and gives her kid an extra bagged lunch for that other kid who does not have any lunch, then collects funds to PAY for school lunches for those who can’t afford it?

THOSE are my kinds of people.

Yes, “celebrities” are fine. I even like some of them but apart from those who embrace causes (like Bono), I don’t see a “celebrity” as being uber important just because the person makes millions from acting or singing or playing a sport…

Are there NO police, no teachers, no firemen who worked without sleep for 2 days or more to battle a stubborn wildfire; no “regular” person worthy of commendation? Or is it that the criteria for that Medal does not fit the category of person I’m referring to? I don’t know…

I prefer to champion hard-working men and women who go about their lives helping others everyday. These dedicated citizens don’t travel in limos or wear thousand-dollar shoes or eat at fancy restaurants or live in million-dollar homes. But they brave attitude, ingratitude, bodily harm and economic loss daily to serve the greater good…without fame or million-dollar payouts and DON’T EXPECT fame or millions for what they do!

What about those who VOLUNTEER to read to kids, visit the elderly, take pride in doing their jobs well, even leave their jobs/families to help after disasters? Yes, some celebrities do that too (without a court mandating they do community service).

But how about Medals of Freedom for overworked social workers who troll the streets looking for drug overdoses and the homeless in winter? Teachers who use their own money to buy art supplies or turn under-performing schools around? Professionals who organize homework help or tutor disadvantaged kids or start youth leagues? Medics who rush to disasters? Cops who do karaoke sing-alongs in their car to foster better community relations? Volunteers who organize for our troops? Kids who do great things?

Have we forgotten these people? No wonder election 2016 “these people” developed their own case of amnesia! Puh-leese!

I would give the Presidential medal of Freedom to more worthy recipients than the following people:

  • Kareem Abdul-Jabbar – the National Basketball Association’s all-time leading scorer. So what?
  • Ellen DeGeneres – comedian. So what?
  • Robert De Niro – actor. So what?
  • Tom Hanks – actor. So what?
  • Michael Jordan – actor/film-maker. So what?
  • Lorne Michaels – producer and screenwriter, best known for creating and producingSaturday Night Live. Ha Ha!
  • Diana Ross – entertainer. And what else?
  • Vin Scully – broadcaster who, for 67 seasons, was the voice of the Brooklyn and Los Angeles Dodgers. So what?
  • Bruce Springsteen – singer, songwriter, and bandleader. So what?
  • Cicely Tyson – entertainer. So what?

EXCEPTION: Robert Redford – YES! I would honor HIM. NOT because he is a famous actor but because HE founded the Sundance Institute. Sundance advances the work of independent filmmakers and storytellers throughout the world, including through the annual Sundance Film Festival.

Sundance gives voice to film-makers who would not otherwise get heard or seen. Redford DID something with his fame and money, something to BENEFIT others on a large scale.

My criteria when deciding who gets the Presidential Medal of Freedom would be: What did you do over your lifetime/career to benefit others – NOT whether you’re famous for singing, acting or playing ball! But what did you do with that fame, that opportunity, that platform – to benefit others? In other words: “What have you done for US (U.S?) lately?”

But then, maybe their contributions are political? As in donations? How would I, you, we know?

Because famous only? SO WHAT?! When a “star” wins an Oscar or makes 10-million for a film, a new Ferrari may go into production, but that payout does not help fill a poor child’s stomach in the inner city or pay the mortgage for some family facing foreclosure in the heartland.  There are people fighting these issues every day, at great personal cost. How about a MEDAL for them? Them who have no-one and nothing but grit and perseverance and determination…?

Is this the Presidential Medal of Famedom? If so, I see several in Kim Kardashian’s future!

CAREFUL: What You Wish For…GOP!

Because often you get your wish, and…time

When you get it, it sometimes turns against you! It’s even worse when we DON’T listen to warnings from others – or ignore red flags – or heed that inner, nagging voice! So now Republicans have their President-elect. Trump! And I wonder how that feels in private. Because Trump and his beliefs do not jive with Conservative Republicans and their beliefs.

However, republicans were so blinded by Supreme Court appointments and “repealing” Obamacare” that they jumped into bed with Trump. Now whatever Trump does reflects on them! My prediction is: The same wave that swept them into office will also sweep them back out…except the ebbing wave could be a Tsunami!

If I was advising the Republican Party, here’s what I’d tell them:

Take the moral high road. Take a strong stance. Forget about the Supreme Court. Judges will not dictate how Americans live their lives. If you try to use the courts to put restrictions on people or ram your personal beliefs down others throats, you will unleash a tide of civil unrest and opposition that will hurt not only the economy, but America’s reputation and your party’s credibility and prospects.

Remember, REMEMBER, that MORE people voted AGAINST Trump than FOR Trump. All those people who voted 3rd parties, 3rd candidates or write-ins also voted AGAINST Trump too!

jason-chaffetz

Chaffetz

Plus many of the people who voted FOR Trump do not necessarily like Trump or even support Trump or the GOP. They just chose to  thumb their noses against “the establishment” and TRY Trump for size. These voters can return Trump in 4 years (if by then we still have a democracy!)…or demand a mid-term exchange in 2 years!

Very few republicans came out against Trump and stuck to their principles.

Most of them, like Speaker Paul Ryan and that spineless Utah Representative Jason Chaffetz, flip-flopped and wavered when they thought of their own political futures. They rushed to reject Trump when polls showed he was losing – then rushed to bow at the altar of Trump when it seemed like he was winning. Do they think Trump will EVER forget they did not support him during most of his campaign!

Republicans have a shock coming – a MAJOR shock. Because if they have not yet figured it out yet, Trump will do things only one way: TRUMP’S way, and he won’t care whether that advances or decreases “Republican goals”, especially as he’s NOT beholden to them for money or connections or advice. Trump is interested only in advancing one brand: TRUMP!

Trump family.jpgAnd I for one, can’t wait!

  • I can’t wait to see how Trump deals with Russia and Putin – and see how that fits with GOP goals.
  • Can’t wait to see how he deals with foreign interventions – and how that fits with GOP goals.
  • Can’t wait to see how he deals with Immigration Reform – and Muslims – and how that fits with GOP goals.
  • Can’t wait to see how he goes about cutting the debt – and how that fits with GOP goals.
  • Can’t wait to see how many white supremacists he places in positions of power…and how that fits with GOP protestations of non-racism.
  • Can’t wait to see how many family members Trump invites to the swamp…and how this plays out with Republicans attacks on “Pay for Play”.
swamp.jpg

Please “drain the swamp!” And see how surprised you’ll be at what you find, are already beginning to find, at the bottom!

Finally, I also wish to remind Republicans that the results of this election DO NOT reflect a long-term trend. So far, this election remains an anomaly  UNLESS Trump delivers, brings never-Trumpers into the fold, does not get involved in “Pay for Play” scandals related to his business dealings, does NOT alienate those who voted for him and/or DOES NOT further repulse those who did NOT vote for him!

Guess if anyone can do this, it is Donald Trump. I, for one, am willing to give him a chance…

Which is MORE than Republicans gave to President Obama. Around this time in 2008, right after President Obama was first elected, Republicans were meeting in secret to plot and plan how to undermine Obama and pledging loyalty to their “Just Say NO!” approach. Yet today, those very same republicans are urging people to support the new president and give him a chance. Go figure!

Hypocrites. DRAIN THE SWAMP, Mr. Trump!!! We’re watching and waiting with extra nets, thigh-high waders and some stun guns and harpoons for the many toothy alligators, sharks and other vermin lurking below the surface.

vultures

And DO NOT forget the vultures circling overhead!

Or the establishment rattlesnakes swimming around you, with tape on their rattlers! Said rattlers (Giuliani, Gingrich, et al) see YOU as their meal-ticket to positions they would NEVER otherwise gain. Because they are so yesterday, their return date is past…even to their own fellow republicans who DO NOT want them, would not vote for them or even hire them – except to hand them a 10-foot pole (30 foot pole?) to propel themselves deeper into the swamp!!!

I suspect many voters already have buyers remorse. Too bad. No returns until 2020. Don’t lose that receipt!

All photos courtesy Google Images…

Ryan the Hypocrite!

Here comes Paul Ryan…the one republican who ALWAYS believed in Donald Trump…now his new BFF!

Ryan is part of the problem with Washington – and I hope he is sidelined in the Trump administration. But he likely won’t…

Ryan just held a press conference (11/9/2016) and said GOP chair Reince Priebus worked to “build” the party. Whom is he fooling?

Paul Ryan

Representative Paul Ryan (Wisconsin)

The GOP is not being “built”! It is being demolished and reconstituted – and we’ll see where Ryan fits in! Is he gonna be part of the foundation, the chimney or just a partition?

First he was for Trump, then he was anti-Trump, then he was partially lukewarm Trump. Now he is what?  Trump, Trump yea!!!

Hypocrite A-kisser! But then he is republican!
